About

About the Blog:

The goal of this blog is to make you, the reader, feel a little less alone. I think that we, as humans, easily get lost in hard circumstances, unanswered questions, unmet expectations, and overwhelming emotions. And because of this, maybe we isolate ourselves and disconnect from others afraid to show struggle when instead, we should be courageous and share our stories, the good and the bad. The way our spine needs to be aligned so that our body is healthy and moves freely, maybe we can take the things in our life that are slightly out of place or give us pinching pain and figure out how we can take those things and align them to match our soul. What you have been through matters because YOU matter.

I started this blog when I started college back in 2018 to share my struggles as I navigated college in the big city. Now, I share some of my personal life lessons, failures, hopes, and more, as I navigate my 20s.

About Me:

Hi! My name is Rachel Ha-Eun Lee! I hold a B.F.A. in dance from New York University Tisch School of the Arts, and a minor in broadcast journalism. As a POC who grew up in a predominately white environment, the value of individual voices is very important to me. This is why I enjoy collaborating with others and why I like to write profiles, culture, and human interest stories. I'm currently a freelance artist in NYC who strives to be an artist who can be honest and vulnerable through dance, writing, music, illustrating, and more.
